Clang, like striking on metal, in brain. Everything tastes sweet. Expectoration; terribly foul; loose; profuse; smeary; causing dyspnoea. Pain in milk-ducts, into abdomen; on nursing. Pain from (l), border of (r), mamma, to between shoulders. Pains going backward through (r), chest. Sleepy.
